This morning I rode the Yamaha to Vines of Guildford for its last journey with me. I gave it a special clean and polish before departing so that we have the best memories of each other. It was like saying goodbye to an old friend - it's been a superb bike and we've had many adventures together.
Tomorrow I'll take the GS to Paris for what will be ITS final journey with me. In Bachian terms, this is a kind of Das alte jahr, leading to an In dir ist Freude on 3 January...
